Self-pay policy
Fees for an office visit can vary depending on the complexity of the visit. Fees are based upon the number and complexity of the presenting problems, extent of the physical exam performed, and the degree of decision making regarding diagnosis and treatment.
If you are uninsured or a member of an insurance plan that we do not participate with, please make us aware of this when you make your appointment. We will do our best to give you a range of possible consultation fees based on your presenting problem and any financial considerations that you may have.
Payment for uninsured visits are due on the date of service.
