Prescription refills
Check with your pharmacy to see if refills are available.
Requests for medication refills are best made during regular office hours.
Call 413-586-5798; then press #1.You will be prompted to leave:
- Your name
- Date of birth
- A telephone number where you can be reached during the day
Be prepared to provide:
- The name and dose of the medication you are requesting
- The name and number of your pharmacy
During regular office hours, prescription refills will be called in to the pharmacy by the end of the business day. On weekends and holidays, prescriptions will be called in by the end of the next business day.
It may not be appropriate to refill certain medications over the telephone without first being seen by your physician.
