Insurance policy
We participate with most major insurance companies.
We do not have access to your specific plan benefits or any information about plan exclusions, limitations, or deductibles. Please contact your insurance company directly with questions about your plan.
Referral information
If your plan requires a referral when you visit a specialist, please request a referral from your primary care doctor prior to your visit.
The referral is sent from your primary care physician to your insurance company. If we are unable to verify the referral with your insurance company at the time of your visit, we will ask you to sign a waiver.
We do not participate with the following:
- MassHealth (Medicaid)
- BMC HealthNet
- Commonwealth Care (aka Network Health)
- Celtic Care
- Free-care programs
